Training & Event Executive

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reserve/Booking of function venue/rooms
  • Handle activities’ enrollment.
  • Handle participants’ registration.
  • Coordinate with branch / related activities issue
  • Correction report of activities held (before & after).
  • Prepare items of activities – attendance list, rooming list, Grouping list, name tag and etc.
  • Attend activities – coordinate with hotel – room, F&B & etc.
  • Plan and coordinator with leader project and organizer to the Launching new product and promotion and concept activities whole process
  • Manage and take of properties in meeting room and training room of PHHP (Thailand) any branches.
  • Take photo and record VDO of any activities and submit to P&B
  • Manage, controlling and take care of T&E , equipments, properties and store room
  • Prepare training course certificate (NDO/NDS/NMS/NLS etc.)
  • Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field or at least one year related working experience in related field is required.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM

GOOD TO HAVE

  • Excellent PR. Strong organizing, planning and communication skills.
  • Computer literate, be accomplished in Microsoft office especially PowerPoint and proficiency in English, Thai language is essential.
  • Must be willing to travel upcountry.
