Distributor Development Executive
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Senior Marketing Executive in daily operational and administrative matters relating to distributors.
- Prepare and consolidate weekly report, SM Meeting report, BOD Meeting report, Management Review Meeting report, NC, CFT to Distributor Development Manager.
- Update the nationwide / regional result on new member, 4K, 6K, sponsor 5/10, new mobile, new CP, promoted leader.
- Compare the nationwide / regional result on new member, 4K, 6K, sponsor 5/10, new mobile, new CP, promoted leader with previous years for analysis.
- Process and follow up on distributor feedback form (DFF)
- Perform market intelligent and survey
- Coordinate with other departments (including product marketing) on the processing of Distributor Feedback Form and any other related issues.
- Handle documentation filing and housekeeping.
- Any other tasks relating to distributors assigned by Immediate Superior.
- Any other administration tasks must corporate and help together with Product Marketing Executive
Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Degree or diploma in any relevant discipline with at least 1 - 2 years experience.
- Good spoken and written in English and Mandarin
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Able to interact with all levels of people.
