Distributor Development Executive

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Senior Marketing Executive in daily operational and administrative matters relating to distributors.
  • Prepare and consolidate weekly report, SM Meeting report, BOD Meeting report, Management Review Meeting report, NC, CFT to Distributor Development Manager.
  • Update the nationwide / regional result on new member, 4K, 6K, sponsor 5/10, new mobile, new CP, promoted leader.
  • Compare the nationwide / regional result on new member, 4K, 6K, sponsor 5/10, new mobile, new CP, promoted leader with previous years for analysis.
  • Process and follow up on distributor feedback form (DFF)
  • Perform market intelligent and survey
  • Coordinate with other departments (including product marketing) on the processing of Distributor Feedback Form and any other related issues.
  • Handle documentation filing and housekeeping.
  • Any other tasks relating to distributors assigned by Immediate Superior.
  • Any other administration tasks must corporate and help together with Product Marketing Executive

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate in Degree or diploma in any relevant discipline with at least 1 - 2 years experience.
  • Good spoken and written in English and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Able to interact with all levels of people.
